1. Our Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with MapleBooks. That's why every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide it's not right for you within 30 days of your purchase date, we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@maplebooks.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address used during purchase.
  3. We'll locate your order and process the refund - typically within 1–3 business days.
  4. Stripe will credit the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You do not need to provide a reason, although feedback is always welcome.

3. Eligibility

  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Each licence is eligible for one refund per purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • After a refund is issued, your download token will be revoked and you should uninstall the software.

4. What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your download access and any associated licence will be deactivated. You are responsible for removing MapleBooks from your devices. No data you stored in the application is accessible to us, so no data needs to be "returned".

5. Refunds After 30 Days

We are unable to issue refunds for requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date. If you are experiencing a technical problem, please contact us at support@maplebooks.app and we will do our best to resolve it.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks can take weeks to resolve and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases. We always aim to resolve disputes directly and quickly.
